Many agents tell you about themselves. I could do the same but I would rather know what you are looking for in an agent?

What about someone who actually does what she/he says they will do: return your phone calls, contact you with information regarding your selling or purchasing a home, sending you updates by e-mail, weekly reports, market statistics, neighborhood statistics, mortgage %.
